The BDC Sales Agent will be responsible for contacting and communicating with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales for the dealership. Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and online chat
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle demonstrations
- Provide information about products, features, and financing options to potential customers
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system
- Achieve monthly sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
