We're not looking for someone who "washes cars." We're looking for someone who takes pride in being the last set of hands on a brand-new vehicle before it meets its owner.

The Job:

You'll handle Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) detail work on new Fords — the final quality checkpoint before a customer drives off the lot. That means:

• Wash and vacuum new vehicles
• Remove all shipping wrap, plastic, and factory packaging from interior and exterior
• Clean all glass (streak-free, no excuses)
• Apply ceramic coating
• Install Tamiami decals correctly (yes, there's a right way)

That's it. No sales pitches. No upsells. Just clean vehicles, done right, every time.

What We're Looking For:

• Someone who actually gives a damn about doing things the right way
• Organized and efficient — you'll have volume to move through
• Reliable — showing up on time isn't optional
• Able to work on your feet, outside, in Florida weather (you know what that means)
