Tamiami Collision is a dealership-owned, OEM-certified repair facility serving as the preferred collision repair center for Ford, Hyundai, and Genesis in Naples, FL. We are committed to delivering high-quality repairs, exceptional customer service, and a seamless experience for our customers and insurance partners.
We are currently seeking a Collision Estimator to join our growing team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated candidate with strong communication skills and a desire to learn the industry.
Position Details
Title: Collision Estimator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Software: CCC One Estimating
Location: Tamiami Collision Center – Naples, FL
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate, detailed estimates using CCC One
Greet customers and guide them through the repair process
Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and internal teams
Review repair plans, parts requirements, and supplements
Maintain a professional, customer-focused environment
Support workflow efficiency within a dealership-level operation
Qualifications
Collision estimating experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to learn CCC One and follow OEM repair procedures
Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
