Tamiami Collision is a dealership-owned, OEM-certified repair facility serving Ford, Genesis, and Hyundai. We are growing and looking for a motivated Collision Repair Technician who wants a stable career path, factory-level training, and the opportunity to advance with a top-performing team.

About the Position

We are seeking a technician who is:

• Physically capable of performing collision repair duties
• Motivated to learn, grow, and develop new skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dealership-level environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality repairs

Experience is preferred but NOT required. We are willing to train the right candidate and help them build a long-term career in the collision industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with disassembly, structural repairs, body repairs, and reassembly
• Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with estimators and management
• Deliver high-quality repairs that meet dealership and OEM expectations

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift, move, and handle vehicle components
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
