• Title: Painter Helper

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Location: Tamiami Collision Center – Naples, FL

Responsibilities

• Assist the painter with prepping vehicles for refinishing

• Sanding, masking, and cleaning panels prior to paint

• Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and prep area

• Support paint mixing and material handling

• Follow OEM procedures and shop safety standards

• Work closely with the painter and production team to maintain workflow

Qualifications

• Experience in a collision center or automotive environment preferred, but not required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow direction and work efficiently

• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
